Makkah is located in the west of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It’s 400 kilometres away from Al Madinah Al Munawwarah in the southwestern direction, 120 kilometers from Taif in the eastern direction, and 72 kilometers from Jeddah and the Red Sea coast.
Makkah area is about 850 square km, of which 88 km are inhabited. The area of the central region surrounding Masjid Al Haram in the city center is about six km, and its height above sea level is about 277 meters. In Makkah, there are many important Islamic religious and historical monuments, such as Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Kaaba, the qiblah of Muslims in their prayers.




The commercial complex is located in Al Rashidiya district, east of the holy city, Makkah Al Mukarramah, and it is part of Al Sharayie neighborhood. It is bordered on the east by Al Mughammas, on the west by the Muaysim neighborhood, on the north by Ju`ranah and Al Msila, and on the south by Al Tariqi Mountain and part of Al Mughammas.
A large number of Makkah residents live in Al Rashidiya neighborhood. The region is characterized by having a large number of residential villas, as there are many vital services available in the neighborhood, such as governmental and private dispensaries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping centers, there is also a large number of public schools for boys and girls for different levels of education, in addition to a large number of cafés and wedding ballrooms as well.
